Return & Refund Policy

At Auro Trade, we want you to receive your order in good condition.

• Return requests must generally be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories, wherever applicable.
• Returns may be accepted for products that are defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect or materially different from the product ordered.
• Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature. The applicable return conditions may be mentioned on the individual product page.
• Auro Trade may inspect the product before approving a return or refund.
• Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method.
• Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway or bank.
• Shipping/return charges, where applicable, will be communicated during the return process.
